This course is suitable for those with at least three years experience in a service desk environment.
There are no mandatory prerequisites. However it is recommended that candidates have more than 3 years experience within the Service Desk environment before attending this course.

SDI Service Manager online exam voucher, valid for 12-months
A Take2 exam re-sit is included if there is a 'failure' result from the first attempt. Take2 will not be available from a missed or absent exam attempt.
