Bundle Overview

The DVMS NIST Cybersecurity Framework Awareness Certification Training Bundle introduces business leaders and employees to the basics of digital business, its risks, and the role all employees play in helping organisations create, protect, and deliver trusted digital value to business stakeholders and clients.

Course Delivery Description

The NIST Cybersecurity Framework Digital Business Risk Awareness class is a two-hour self-paced video training program that includes video courseware, a body of knowledge publication, a certificate of completion, and a digital badge. It is designed to teach candidates the fundamentals of digital technology, its risks, and the NIST CSF’s role in helping organisations of any size, scale, or complexity identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from a cyber attack.
The ITSM Essentials certification training class is a two-day online Instructor-Led program that includes courseware, a body of knowledge publication, sample exams, an exam voucher, and a certification badge upon completing the certification exam. The course is designed to teach candidates the fundamentals of IT services and the operational practices required to ensure they are optimised for cost, quality, and compliance with cybersecurity and other industry regulations.

Here’s how the training bundle works:

Candidates will have access to their own online learning portal to work through their NIST Awareness course. Candidate access is valid for 12-months from date of payment.

Candidates can attend our instructor-led ITSM Essentials course, delivered in our virtual classroom over 2-days. Course dates will be delivered once minimum candidate numbers are achieved which are scheduled at the end of each month.

Prerequisites

There is no prerequisite for our NIST-CSF Awareness training bundle.

Exam & Certification

There is no online examination for the Digital Business Risk Awareness course.

The ITSM Essentials course includes the integratedITSM Essentials exam which is offered through Professional Designations (PDC) and to obtain certification, attendees must write and pass the exam as follows. The exam is included in the course fee and will be provided on the first day of the course.

Pass mark: 65% (26 questions correct out of 40 questions)
